Hi :)
Loosely inspired from that cute pair of otters holding hands, you know
the ones that have been circulating all over the internet :)
These gentle giants properly named manatee are also known as "sea cows"
because they munch on sea lettuce and greens around them. This piece
would be a great gift for Valentine's day or a anniversary.
The cute little manatees are about 1 1/2 inches long each, they are hand
sculpted from clay into fine details and given several washes of color
until they looked just right :)
They are glazed to protect the washes and at the same time gives them
that "we've been playing around in water all day" look :) They look so
cute and innocent swimming around holding their little flippers
together.
They are attached to a 18'' cable style silver plated chain split two
ways ( so 9 inches on each side) and along each side are three genuine
Swarovski crystals in a gorgeous grey/beige color with a iridescent
coating to them ( by far my favorite crystal color in my stock! )
They also come with a heart shaped tag that reads:
"Will you be my manatee?"
I thought it was cute and quirky :)
This necklace comes with a gift box ready for giving and is bubble wrapped for extra precaution.
