There's a French saying my grandfather used to tell me when he thought I was up to no good and that's :
"Quand le chat n'est pas la, les souris dansent".
Which is exactly what inspired this piece :)
Perfect for anyone to wear, it's cute, and not too big so it will go with anything you wear :)
Inside
the bottle is a micro size mouse and a piece of cheese. Both are hand
sculpted into little details. I glued them to the bottom of the bottle
so they won't move around on you.
This bottle is smaller than all
my other bottle listings you see in my shop, it's about 1'' tall
instead of 1 1/2'', so it's perfect to house this little critter :)
On the outside of the bottle is the French quote which pretty much sums up to "When the cat's away, the mice will play."
The writing in on a burned piece of paper that is then glazed to prevent the writing from fading over time.
At
the top of the cork is a cute little bell that chimes softly when
shaken, thought it was the perfect finishing touch to this piece.
The pendant hangs from a 18'' cable style, silver plated chain with a spring ring closure.
This item comes in a gift box and is bubble wrapped for extra precaution.
