This beautiful octopus makes a great gift for someone who loves the ocean and it's inhabitants!
Here I have made a octopus pendant that I've named Scylla based on a Greek mythology, here is a little caption of her story:
" Scylla was a monstrous sea goddess who haunted the rocks of certain
narrow strait opposite the whirlpool daemon Kharybdis. Ships who sailed
too close to her rocks would lose six men to her ravenous, darting
Scylla is all hand sculpted from clay and given several washes of color
afterwards, followed by a glaze to protect the paint and give her that
wet rubbery skin look that octopus have.
She is guarding her treasure, two large beautiful blue genuine Swarovki
crystals hanging on the chain among her tentacles. She is highly
detailed with her suction cups.
Scylla measures about 2 inches across and comes hanging from a 18'' long
cable style silver plated chain with a spring ring closure.
You can also adjust her and dangle her from one, two or three tentacles,
the choice is up to you, her tentacles are pre-shaped already to hang
on the chain you like :)
This necklace comes in a gift box and is bubble wrapped for extra precaution.
