This is a 20x24in acrylic painting of a girl stepping out of a magazine, holding the hand of her lover. This was inspired by a time that a couple met each other for the first time. When he first saw her he told her that her hair, outfit, make-up, everything looked so perfect and well put together that it looked like she had stepped out of a magazine. I thought this was so sweet and it later inspired my to take it to a more visually literal level and actually paint her stepping out of a magazine, holding his hand as if he were escorting her out.
