So as the listing title mentions, this piece is name
"The Great Journey". Sea turtles still remain somewhat of a mystery,
although it has been established that the sea turtle is one of the
ocean's great creatures that overtake such a physical and strenuous
journey back to their hatching grounds.
Inside the bottle is a
micro mini sea turtle completely hand sculpted without any molds used (
just like the rest of my work found it my shop). It is highly detailed
for something so tiny!
It is swimming along the "bottom of the
ocean" which is represented by the sand inside the bottle along with
gorgeous blue magnifying oil.
On the outside of the bottle is a
burnt piece of paper with a great inspirational quote that I though was
fitting just for this piece :) it reads:
Sometimes life's journey can take you to a place that is not on any map."
The writing has been sealed to prevent fading over time.
The bottle is permanently sealed with a cork and sealant.
This pendant hangs from a 18'' cable style, silver plated chain with a spring ring closure.
This item comes in a gift box and is bubble wrapped for extra precaution.
