Shipping Policy

By default, we use economy service (Lettermail, Light/Small Packet) via Canada Post. Tracking is not available with economy service. If you prefer tracking or require faster service, please contact us before purchase for a quote. We reserve the right to split large orders into smaller parcels and upgrade service to include tracking at our discretion.<br><br> ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME: CANADA approx. 2-8 business days, USA approx. 1-3 weeks (APO/FPO: approx. 2-4 weeks), EVERYWHERE ELSE approx. 1-3 weeks. Orders ship within 1 business day of payment. Although rare, delivery to non-Canadian addresses can take longer due to Customs (see below). CUSTOMS (Non-Canadian Addresses) ------------------------------------------------------- Parcels are sometimes held for inspection which can cause delays. This is beyond our control and should be expected, especially during Nov/Dec. Customer is responsible for any tax or duty fees that may be charged upon receipt. Also we cannot lie about the declared value, mail fraud is a federal offense.

Return Policy

All items except fabric chokers (lace, satin, velvet, etc.), gloves, hats, pantyhose/tights and customized products are returnable for refund if received by us within 60 days of purchase. Contact us with your full name and order number for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please send with insurance and tracking included, we are not responsible for returns lost or delayed in transit. Sorry, no exchanges or unauthorized returns.

Refund Policy

Refunds issued via PayPal ONLY within 60 days of purchase to the email address used during the original payment. No refunds on unauthorized returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds credited as follows: - Credit Card: returned to your card (may take several days to appear on statement) - PayPal Account Balance: returned to your PayPal account - Bank Debit via PayPal: returned to your bank (may take several days to appear on statement) - All Other Sources: held for 30 days at PayPal* *If you do not have a PayPal account you must register at PayPal with the email address used during the original payment to claim your refund within 30 days of issue (registration is free). You can then transfer funds to your bank account or keep the balance at PayPal for future use. Refunds unclaimed after 30 days are automatically cancelled.
