Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT: Please make sure you give us the right address! Once items are shipped we can not be responsible for delayed, lost or stolen items. If you would like insurance on your package, please contact us before you pay. You can choose the shipping method; we can send the products by regular mail or urgent mail (UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS etc.) but urgent mail will require extra payment. Please check the terms of shipping of the chosen mail company, and before placing any order, contact us first.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are not satisfied, please contact us before leaving a negative feedback. We'll try to solve everything with care and understanding! I accept returns within the first 14 days of receiving the product. To approve the return is important that it is in perfect condition and with its original packing. Sorry, we're not responsible for loss or damage caused during the return of the item. The amount of purchase will be refunded by Pay Pal once we receive the product. In no case shall the cost of return postage.

Refund Policy

We accept payment by Paypal. Delivery will be made once payment is received. If payment is not received within 48 hours and we don't have a firm purchase commitment on your part we will cancel the sale. Items in stock(!) are shipped within 48 hours once payment is received. If you're not happy with your product, please send it back to us in it's original condition, and we'll refund you with the amount of it's worth.
