We will put delivery confirmation on packages. International parcels do not have complete tracking information, it will only show the movement of the parcel once it leaves the US. The progression on the tracking information will depend on the country it is headed to update any additional information on the tracking. For an extra fee we can add insurance to your package, please inform us before or right after purchasing . Registered Mail for international packages will be charged an extra $15 (small package). Inquire for specifics. INTERNATIONAL: Shipping can take up to 30 DAYS or more depending on the Customs inspections, it can add extra time. Please also note that regular International Air Mail does not provide tracking information once it leaves the US. It will only show movement of the package within the US. Unless you have USPS insurance added to your order we will not be responsible for delayed or missing parcels. *Customs, Duties, and Taxes The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information. To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following: Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order. Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender. We do not refund for orders and original shipping charges for goods that are lost, missing or refused for delivery at customs. Thank You!

Return Policy

All items are FINAL SALE. There is a 5 day return policy, please inspect your purchase as soon as possible. We offer refunds and exchanges for items with functional defects only. The items must be returned unused and post marked within 5 days of notification. Returns will not be accepted after this time frame. Custom Orders and used items are non refundable. Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback before contacting us first. We make every effort to represent our items to the best of our abilities. The descriptions of materials used and dimensions are accurate. Photos are taken of the original piece. Since most of the pieces are recreated and hand painted there will be minor differences in the design and colors.
