Shipping Policy

Shipping is provided by U.S.P.S. and includes a delivery confirmation number and insurance. All items in the shop except custom orders are pre-made and require no turn-around time. I ship within 1 day, Monday through Friday. Custom order turn-around times vary depending on what you are having made, but typically take no longer than one week. If you are outside of the U.S.A., your order will be shipped by U.S.P.S. air mail which can take anywhere from 5-30 days depending where you are, and includes a tracking number.

Return Policy

I will accept returns within 14 days of the item being shown that it is delivered. The item(s) must be in un-used condition. You can choose to have either a refund (minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee), an exchange for another item, or store credit. If anything you buy from my shop breaks after the 14 days, please send it back and I will fix it for you at no additional cost. Due to health regulations/laws, I can't accept returns on earrings or bath and body items.
