Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after we receive it. Estimated shipping times Canada: 8-10 weeks North America: 2-3 weeks Europe: 1-3 weeks Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-2 weeks Asia Pacific: 1-2 weeks Latin America and the Caribbean: 4-6 weeks North Africa and the Middle East: 3-4 weeks We are based in Thailand, all orders will be shipped from here by Thailand post which will forward it to your country's post as register airmail with tracking no., You can check your shipping status with third party company like Thailand post and your country post (USPS for Unites States). Your signature is required and the post will deliver your package during office hours so we highly recommend to ship to your business address rather than home address. If no one sign to receive the package, it will be kept at your local post office about 10-15 days(after that it will be returned to us) and a notice will be left. You can contact them for the redeliver or you can go to your local post office and pick it up by yourself. Please timely track your package to avoid missed delivery, all packages that are returned to us for any reason may be reshipped at your expense.
