Shipping Policy

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 10-14 days, depending upon the destination and customs processing. Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period. Domestic (USA) orders are typically shipped and delivered within 3-10 business days. International orders tend to take a little longer to process and take 7-20 days.

Return Policy

Customer service and satisfaction is very important to Sleep Terror. And if you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 14 days to return your order. Purchased items MAY NOT be returned if worn, tampered with or damaged by customer. Sleep Terror cannot take responsibility for return shipping fees. The only exception is if we ship you the wrong size or item, in this case your return shipping fee is on us.

Refund Policy

If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to a review of the returned product.
