Vampire Kiss Martini

Open your throat to the vampire’s kiss with this delightful drink

* 1 1/2 oz Finlandia Vodka

1 1/2 oz Korbel Champagne

3/4 oz Chambord black raspberry liqueur

Red sugar for rimming

Rim the glass with red sugar (use food coloring) or drop in a set of wax vampire teeth for a real surprise. Pour vodka and half of the Chambord in a martini glass. Top with Champagne. Pour the remaining Chambord over the back of a spoon to make it float.

 

Vampire Blood

Take a sip of this bloody brew and your life will never be the same!

1.5 oz vodka

1.5 oz pomegranate juice

1.5 oz blood orange juice (1 blood orange)

1 tablespoon agave syrup

1 lime wedge

Mix all ingredients in martini shaker with ice. Squeeze blood orange and lime wedge. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and pour into chilled martini glass. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and sugar coated blood orange slice.

 

Corpse Reviver

Feeling a bit … dead?  This cocktail simply to die for!

1 1/2 oz brandy

3/4 oz Calvados or other apple brandy

3/4 oz sweet vermouth

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

 

Bloody Mary

Want to spice things up?  Be bold and enjoy this classic cocktail.  Watch out, it has bite.

3 oz tomato juice

1 1/2 oz vodka

1/2 oz lemon juice

1 dash of Worcestershire sauce

Celery salt

Ground pepper

Hot pepper sauce to taste

Celery stalk,pickle spear for garnish

Lemon and/or lime wedge for garnish

Build the liquid ingredients in a highball glass over ice cubes. Mix well. If you feel like trying a fun mixing technique, try rolling this one. Add the seasonings to taste. Garnish with the lemon and/or lime wedge and celery stalk.

 

Moonrise

Enjoy this delectable cocktail by the light of the full moon.

300ml medium dry Cider

1 tbsp brown sugar

A pinch of ground Cinnamon

A pinch of grated Nutmeg

1 measure of Apple Brandy

1 tsp of Single Cream

Pour Cider into a saucepan with the sugar, Cinnamon and Nutmeg and heat until sugar dissolves. Pour into a warm, heat-proof glass and stir in the Brandy. Float the single cream on top.

 

Forever Young

Would you accept the kiss of immortality?  Take a sip if you dare.

1 oz gin

4 oz red cranberry juice

1 oz club soda

1 lime wedge

Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes. Add the gin and cranberry juice to the glass. Add the club soda, garnish with a lime wedge and stir the drink

Eternal Kiss

Wrap your lips around this juicy drink, and enjoy the devil’s dark embrace.

* 1.5 oz cherry juice

* 1.5 oz Cachaca

* 3.4 oz ginger liqueur

 * 3/4 oz fresh lime juice

* 3/4 oz soda water

Combine cachaca, ginger liqueur, cherry and lime juice in cocktail shaker. Shake with ice and strain into glass. Float soda water on top and garnish with lime zest!

 

Vampire's Delight

This cocktail is so rich and simple, you’ll swoon in ecstasy after one sip of this vampire’s delight.

* 2 oz rum

* 1 banana

* 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

* grenadine

Combine the rum, banana and ice cream in a blender. Swirl grenadine around the inside of two champagne glasses and pour the ice cream beverage inside!  Enjoy.
