New Music From Kurt Cobain, Including A 12 Minute Unheard Track

Kurt Cobain is one of the most iconic and influential figures in music history. His life and career have been the subject of much debate and scrutiny, and his music continues to inspire millions of listeners around the world. Now, for the first time in over 25 years, fans of the late singer can enjoy new music from the iconic artist. This collection of never-before-heard recordings, released in conjunction with the new documentary about Cobain, Montage of Heck, provides an intimate glimpse into the creative genius of the legendary musician.

In case you haven't heard, HBO is releasing a documentary titled Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck.   The movie has been gaining rave reviews from Sundance and other film circuits. Unfortunately, the rest of us have to wait for the official release on May 4, 2015.  

Today, Rolling Stone Magazine released information that our patience will be rewarded with never before heard music from Cobain, including a 12 minute accoustic track director Brett Morgan describes as "mind blowing"   

No date has been announced for the release of the documentary's soundtrack.

Kurt Cobain was the lead singer of Nirvana and an icon of the grunge fashion movement of the 90s.  It has been over a decade since his death on April 5, 1994.
