Frida and Sugar skulls is a truly artistic print. The background is a rich
orange color and the images are all multi colored composed of reds,
pinks purples, and blacks as well as hints of other colors.
This assortment of pleats on the skirt gives it the wonderful 50's
inspired silhouette. This skirt may be worn with a short petticoat for a
complete showstopping look, or by itself for a casual day to day look. The elastic black waist band makes it a
comfortable fit .
