"Pontus Gatekeeper" Octopus Necklace

Hi,

This is Pontus, the gatekeeper of the bottom of the ocean. Guarding his beautiful jewels :)

This is a one of a kind piece!

"Pontus was the divinity of the sea, one of the first born gods. Pontos sired the fish and other sea creatures." So as you can imagine, I thought the name was fitting for this octopus :)

Pontus is all hand sculpted from clay and highly detailed, you can even see his suction cups on the tentacles. No molds were used to create this piece.

He was then added several washes of color using quality acrylic paint on him to give him that multicolored effect.

He is guarding three genuine Siam colored Swarovski crystals adorned at the top of the pendant.

Pontus was strategically placed in an elegant manner on top a beautiful pink Brazilian agate stone.

The pendant overall measures 3'' tall and 1 1/2'' wide.

This pendant hangs from a 18'' cable style, silver plated chain with a spring ring closure.

This item comes in a pretty gift box and is bubble wrapped for extra precaution.
