This is not your typical vanilla candle! Bois de Vanille is glorious blend of warm vanilla with oak, amber, and sandalwood, with a top note of bergamot.
All of our candles are hand-poured to order, and will ship within 2-3 business days. However, we will always ship sooner when possible.
Our candles are hand-poured in small batches in our studio in vibrant Oakland, CA. Making our products ecologically friendly is just as important to us as making beautiful fragrances. All of our candles are made with clean-burning, American-grown soy wax. Our cotton/paper wicks are metal-free, and our scents are derived from a blend of essential oils and phthalate free, premium grade fragrance oils. Our stylish, black glass tumblers are reusable, as well as recyclable. Once your candle has burned to the end, simply wash the tumbler with warm, soapy water and it’s ready for its next incarnation.
To get the best performance from your candle, let the wax melt all the way to the edges the first time you burn the candle. This can take several hours, but ensures that the wax will melt completely on future burns. The wick should be trimmed to 1/8" before lighting.
Please exercise caution when burning candles - never leave a candle burning unattended, and place it on a heat-safe surface well away from anything flammable. Tins will become hot - please allow to cool completely before handling.
