Policies
We require 1-3 days handling time on all orders, items will be shipped out via Standard Air Shipping (3-5 Weeks depending on location). We offer Expedited Shipping (2-3 Weeks) for most items for an extra charge Items are only shipped out after payment has been made.
We offer refunds within 7 days of receiving of the item but it must be shipped back at the purchasers expense unless their is a special circumstance (e.g. serious defect or damage upon receiving).
We accept returns and will offer a full refund on any item purchased as long as we are notified within 7 days of receiving the item. Any return item must be sent back to our Store Location in Vancouver, BC in the original condition at the purchaser's expense. Please do inquire with us if you are unsatisfied with your order.
