Fit was too small. I normally wear a med-large. I purchased an extra large and it was about 2 sizes too small. The coat was beautiful, the star rating is based on the sizing and the fact that when I asked about exchanging it they were ridiculous with telling me to take photos of the measurements etc. like I was lying. So i asked just to return it because i do t have time for that. Then, they told me I have to pay for the return shipping which would have been fine, except the shipping was $160 when item was $110. Very disappointed, would have loved for it to fit.

We are more than happy to assist with a return, with a receipt and photos of the item, we can hold the manufacturer accountable if the sizing is different than what is listed. We are currently working with you on this ticket and will do what we can to get you taken care of.
Unfortunately, without the photos, it is much harder to hold the manufacturer accountbable. However, we are always happy to help wherever we can.
