I was so looking forward to receiving this item and when I did it was better in person than on the site. It was just what i had been looking for in a barrette. There was only one ;thing I found wrong and that was when I went to take it out of my hair it fell apart and had to be fixed only it continues to come apart. I just keep putting it back together and wearing it because it is so beautiful and I like the way it looks in my hair styles. Not all unhappy...just a very little
