Ordered this item by accident. Even though I emailed to cancel the order less than an hour later (2 days before it was shipped) the order couldn't be cancelled. Customer service is a joke. This has convinced me to only buy stuff from Amazon and big box stores.

We have given you the option to refuse the delivery so that the item gets returned to us and we will process your full refund when we receive notification from the courier that you have refused delivery. I see that the money was refunded. I feel bad for the negative review given that. However, I'm still a little frustrated with process. Can you guys just make it so that order can be easily cancelled within the first couple of hours?
