Shipping Policy

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility in Detroit 3-5 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (1-7 days for domestic and 4-15 days for international).
N.B.: Some countries have strict custom rules that could lead to further delays; We do not have control over customs regulations. But it's our hope that the shipment is smooth.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If your order is never delivered:
We will initiate a trace with the carrier to locate the shipment to have it either re-delivered or returned back to the warehouse. (This process may take 1-4 business days, depending on the carrier)
If the shipment cannot be located, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
Please note: that if the order is being shipped out of country, you may experience customs delays that are not within OnlyRebels’s control.

Items Not as Described:
You can opt to receive a full refund if the item is not as described. (I.e. you ordered a purple T-Shirt but received red, and the item is proven to be listed wrongly)
Or you can opt to keep the item and receive a partial refund of the purchase price.
If your item is not as described the return shipping cost will be covered.
However, if you would like to keep the item as-is we will work out a fair partial-refund.

Wrong Item Delivered:
If you receive the wrong item such as a size you didn’t order, a color you didn’t order, or a different item altogether, you will can return the item for a full refund or a replacement.

*We do request images so that we can work directly with the manufacturer to get any listing errors fixed.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately to report the damage. For damaged items a full refund or replacement will be offered.

*We do request images of all damaged packaging and items so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags and labels. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not accept returns that have been worn, washed, modified or damaged.
You will be responsible for return shipment cost unless the product arrived faulty or different from what was advertised.
