We source our products from global suppliers. We do all the legwork to eliminate the middleman. Our mission is to source high-quality products at very competitive prices.
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. It takes about 10-20 days to deliver products to Canada and USA and about 10-30 days to deliver products worldwide
Our products ship from different warehouses so you might receive different packages. We use local postal service available at the store location and hence shipping times can vary, but you will still get your item in time.
We advise that delivery times to Ireland, South Africa may be impacted by customs procedures, lengthening the time taken to receive the product.

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after purchase. We will always email you in case we run out of stock, or we have any logistic issues.

If the product is faulty, fails to arrive or different from what you expected, you will receive a refund. You will be required to provide proof (such as photos) of the faulty products for evaluation. We process refunds with 5 business days
Products must be returned with 14 days after receipt. All returned product must be in their original condition, must have all original tags and labels. We will not accept returns that have been worn, washed, modified or damaged.
