We do our absolute best to ship within 1-3 days of receiving payment.
We will refund in full any payment made for items which we no longer have available.
New Rock Shoes can be exchanged at the customer's shipping expense within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges may be accepted when possible for certain items, with a 15% restocking fee within 14 days of delivery.
For some items:
Customs fees of $38 (plus GST and duty taxes) prevent us from being able to accept returns/exchanges on some items. New Rock shoes and certain clothing items can be exchanged at the buyer's expense, and will occasionally incur a 15% restocking fee, depending on the item. If you are unsure about whether or not an item can be exchanged please contact us. We appreciate your understanding!
