(Templates are bigger than actual cufflinks, image and quote are smaller than pictures. They still look amazing in person! Also, not all computer monitors are the same, so some colors may be more vibrant or clear, than what they really are, or the cuff links may be better than what you see, please take that into consideration.(Don't say I didn't advise you)
Our Standard size is 18mm diameter and are the folding style seen in the pictures. We also offer the 18mm in straight post style, as well as the novelty 20mm size in both straight and folding styles. If you would like the 18mm in straight, or 20mm in folding or straight please message us. If purchased and no preference is messaged to us, you will receive the 18mm folding style cuff links.
My cuff links are all lightweight metal, with silver color plating. There are no working parts or moving pieces on any of my work, they are ALL high quality printed art, covered with a crystal clear resin dome.
(ANY templates used have been purchased and are used with permission and all rights are reserved. Templates are used for listing purposes only, although the actual cuff links are smaller they still look great!)
(My customizing is different than what you've seen in cuff links. I set the resin dome down from the lip of the image tray. This ensures that the image will not get caught on anything and get ripped out, and prevents scratching or damage to the images)

**NOTE! From April 1st until the week of April 30th ANY orders made in that time, will NOT be shipped until May 7th 2018. We are taking a month to reorganize, restock, and refuel. IF you order, we will send a message to remind you, and would like to avoid any Rebels Market messages accusing us of not shipping things. So PLEASE take note of this!!**
Shipping overseas will take longer, and over a certain value, there may be customs, duty, or other applicable charges, these charges are imposed by your country, and Kustom Kufflinks™ assumes no responsibility for these charges. We have to declare EXACT amount on the package. Which is what we do. You will be referred back to this policy if we are contacted about this type of scenario. Thank you.
I will usually ship your order the following business day. In the case of holidays, or weekends, the following business day it will be shipped. CANADA POST does NOT offer tracking on packages of that size, there is also a QUOTED (not guaranteed) time of 8-14 BUSINESS DAYS (not weekends or holidays) If you would like an upgrade to a trackable package (U.S & CANADA), contact me, and we can work something out, but remember this, it WILL cost a little more to you, for that upgrade. I will work with anyone, to make sure you get your package!
In the case of a refund, we will refund price of the item only. Shipping is not refunded. We always hope that if the customer isn't happy in any way, they will send us a message and explain why they aren't satisfied, we always want to work it out before the finalization of refunding.
I will accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping. I will also accept refund/exchange if you aren’t happy with your purchase. I do however, encourage sending a message to us, so we can work with you to come to a conclusion, suitable for both parties. We strive for our customer satisfaction!
