Q: Are your shoes really handmade?

Yes. Every pair is handcrafted by skilled artisans not mass-produced. Each shoe passes through multiple expert hands, from pattern cutting to finishing, ensuring precision, durability, and character in every stitch.

Q: Where are your products made?

All our leather shoes and jackets are designed in Woodside, California, by our U.S.-based design team. We handcraft them in León (Mexico), Ubrique (Spain) and Lahore (Pakistan) depending on which workshop can get your made-to-order piece to you the fastest. Every workshop follows the same strict standards for quality, sustainability, and craftsmanship.

Q: What is your production process like?

Each item is made to order. Once you place your order, our design team coordinates directly with the workshop to start crafting your piece. This approach minimizes waste, ensures attention to detail, and delivers freshly made leather goods rather than mass-produced inventory.

Q: What kind of leather do you use?

We use only full-grain and top-grain leather the highest quality available. Our hides are sourced responsibly from the meat industry and tanned using eco-conscious vegetable tanning and low-impact methods that preserve natural texture and durability.

Fit & Sizing

Q: Do you offer different width sizes?

Yes. We offer all standard widths: Narrow (A/B), Regular (D), Wide (EE), and Extra-Wide (EEE) — across most styles.
If you have specific preferences, simply leave a note at checkout.
For a perfect fit, we encourage customers to send us their foot measurements (length and width in inches or centimeters) after ordering our workshop will use them to fine-tune your pair.

Q: How do your shoes fit?

Our shoes generally run true to U.S. size. If you’re between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, consider going up half a size.

Made-to-Order Process

Q: What does “made to order” mean? 

We don’t stock shoes in warehouses. Every pair is made after you order it handmade by artisans using your selected size, width, and preferences. This ensures quality, reduces waste, and allows us to deliver fresh-from-the-workshop craftsmanship.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship all made-to-order items within 10 days of purchase. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves the workshop.

Warranty & Guarantee

Q: Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All Rebels Market shoes come with a 1-year craftsmanship warranty covering defects in stitching, materials, or construction under normal wear. Our warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects (like stitching separation, hardware failure, or sole detachment). It does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or natural wear like scuffs or scratches.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Q: Where do you ship from?

Orders ship directly from the workshop where your shoes were made whether in Mexico, Spain, or Pakistan. This direct-to-consumer model helps us keep prices fair and shipping faster.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $150. International shipping is available at checkout.

Q: What’s your return and exchange policy?

We offer 30-day returns for unworn items and free size exchanges if your shoes don’t fit perfectly. Because all items are made to order, worn pairs cannot be restocked but we’ll always make it right.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins, and materials are allocated so we can’t guarantee cancellation.

Care & Longevity

Q: Can the shoes be resoled?

Yes. Every pair is built with a traditional stitched leather sole, so they can be easily resoled and refreshed for many years of wear.

Q: How long will my shoes last?

With proper care and occasional resoling, your Rebels Market shoes can last 5–10 years or more. They’ll only look and feel better with age.
