Off the shoulder or not, red dress in a size 3, has a drop waist and an A-Line skirt that rides just above the knee. It has a soft black crinoline that I painstakingly hand made one fold, one pin at a time. I added a large black faux suede Celtic cross with a smaller red cross in its center to the bodice, 4 more crosses down both sides of the dress from hip to hem and then 5 crosses from shoulder to shoulder around the back of the neckline. This movie starlet classic cut dress flatters every figure, is beyond comfortable and is made of a blend of rayon/polly/spandex for just enough give for the utmost in comfort as well as style.
