Policies
We aim to ship all orders same day providing they are placed before 2pm UK time.
All items are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail. UK orders are shipped 2nd class and is free of charge. Delivery usually takes 3 days from dispatch.
We ship to most international destinations and this is via Royal Mail Standard International. Items shipped abroad usually arrive between 7 - 14 days, however please allow up to 28 days before contacting us if you have not received your order.
Orders placed from outside the EU may incur customs charges. Your local courier service will notify you if this is the case.
Refunds will be processed once we have received the returned item(s) and will be the same method used as the original payment.
