We will try to ship in 1 to 2 days but please give us within a week of getting the order and will notify you if there is any reason that we are unable to process it. If you live within the United States, you order will ship via UPS or USPS Priority mail. If you live outside of the United States, your order will ship via USPS international which includes a $15.00 Customs Handling fee and an Insurance fee.

All returns of merchandise are at the discretion of Hilary's Vanity. No cash refunds or credit card refunds will be issued for returns. Store credit only will be issued. Items that have been worn, or are not in the original condition as when they were received by purchaser are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges?

It is our intention for you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event you need to exchange or return an item please follows our company procedure:
For an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of purchase via email to Hilary@hilarysvanity.com to receive an RMA number (you will write this number on the outside of the package you return to us).
