All refunds will be made back to your PayPal account without fail.
If on the unlikely occasion you are not happy with your goods you may return them for a full no quibble refund or if you simply want to exchange it for another item, you may do so by returning your goods within 14 days of receipt (By law you are allowed a 7 day cooling off period, we give you a 14 day cooling off period). It is the responsibility (including the cost) of you, the consumer to return the unused goods in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were when we sent them to you, including all tags attached using a safe and secure method. We suggest you purchase proof of postage (this includes any service that supplies a tracking number) as we are not liable for the goods until they reach us. Please note we cannot accept returns on bikinis, underwear, hair accessories or body jewelery due to hygiene reasons.

Write a returns note informing us of the reasons for your return/exchange.

We must stress that the garments must be returned in as new and re-saleable condition, if the products are soiled in anyway (this includes deodorant marks, a smell of perfume or any other form of damage) we cannot issue you a refund or an exchange, if the products tags have been removed their will be a 30% restocking fee.
If you are exchanging a product their will be an additional charge to cover the cost of sending the exchanged garment to you.
We cannot offer you a refund after the 14 day period, we are very sorry but we have to abide by the rules.
Faulty goods and items sent to you in error are dealt with in a case by case manner and are exempt from the above conditions.
