Shipping Policy

Since most of the items are made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks before shipping for production time. The shipment will be processed by registered priority mail and each shipment can be followed by the tracking number, but we cannot guarantee the dispatch period. Usual transit time: US: within 3 weeks EU: within 2 weeks Everywhere else: within 4 weeks Please note that these are estimated shipping times given to us by Croatian post and we are not responsible for the time frame once we place it into the mail system. Please keep in mind that the shipment can be detained by the customs or post office in your country.

Return Policy

You may return the item for any reason within 7 days you receiving an item ( I must be notified before sending it back to me), and you will receive full refund after I receive back the item in unused condition ! ( Shipping is not refundable )! Refund or exchange will be made once the item has been shipped back to me in unused condition!!!

Refund Policy

EXCHANGES/RETURNS Since most of the jewelry is made to order, exchanges and refunds are only available for pieces with defects. All items must be returned in their original packaging within 2 weeks from delivery date. FEEDBACK Your satisfaction is important to me. If you are not happy with your order for any reason please let me know first and we will work it out, I am always willing to work towards a solution.
