Shipping Policy

Shipping info: Processing Time Your order should be shipped the same business day (M-F) as long as it is received before 3:00 PM CST. If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified via phone and/or e-mail. Also, due to payment type, and the company's approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping your order if we are unable to verify your billing or shipping information. U.S. Shipping All of our shipping is thru USPS M-F and usually arrives in 3-5 days. (Continental U.S.only ). Note: if your order is not received by 3:00 PM PST on Friday it will not ship until the following business day. Usually Monday unless a Holiday Schedule, then it would ship on the following Tuesday. If you prefer UPS please specify in the notes section. International Shipping Orders outside of the United States are shipped USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International. Estimated delivery time for Priority Mail International is 10-15 business days. Estimated delivery time for Express Mail International is 6-10 business days. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees and duties charged by their respective countries. Military and Alaska/Hawaii Orders to military addresses and AK, HI, PR & GU are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders ship within 2 business days. Estimated delivery time for AK, HI, PR & GU is 3-5 business days. Please note that there is no estimated delivery time for military mail due to military mail procedures. Billing Address and P.O. Boxes If you are paying by credit card, your billing address must match your credit card billing address (i.e. the address your statements are sent to). Also, please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unworn, unopened items in resalable condition (with any tags) for up to 20 days from the date of purchase - without any restocking fees. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You may either receive store credit or a refund, less shipping. To return an item you must email our customer service department at what@UnrulyBrands.com prior to mailing item back. We are not responsible for an item that is either returned without prior notice, or items not given prior approval.

Refund Policy

Once the item is returned to Bad Monkey Circus / Unruly Brands and has been approved for return, we will refund the amount of the item only to the card that was originally used to purchase said item with.
