We will ship a product from Stock after we have received the payment in 1-2weeks. Out of stock order will take over 1 month. Made to Order products are paid beforehand and shipped as soon as they have been made ready. We will keep contact you about the shipment and let you know details on the way.
As described in Return Policy text always contact us in return cases and we will discuss about refunds at same time. Refunds are paid back by paypal in same way as the payments were made.
Return policy you have to contact us first and we will together make a deal how to go on. If something is broken already before on post or product have some other problem it will be cheaper to fix it on local leather smith or other handicraft person than send it to us and back, so we recommend to make it this way. We can discus of payments of the fixing in parts that were products problems and return you the fixing prices in that (any extra fixings are paid by customer him/herself) after we have got the receipt from fixerman. For example size changes if wanted we will charge normal price for postage + packing fee that is depending on product. Also if certain size or colour is not in stock return might take longer time then.
In Made to order products there is only return policy in product problem cases, any other case we can discus and make deal depensing on a case.
In any returns always contact us before sending any package back to us as we are not responsible on product losses on postage or we shall not pay the postal costs in these cases.
