Shipping Policy

Fabrication Time: Please expect to wait 7 business days (Mon-Fri) prior to your item shipping, unless a different fabrication time frame is stated in the listing. Tracking: Your item will be shipped first class using USPS in a small gift box, and I include a tracking # for all US purchases. You will receive an email notification when I ship your order out. International Buyers: I am delighted to ship internationally to many locations. Please be familiar with your own country's customs duties, VAT, delivery fees, or taxes, as these are your responsibility. On average, international packages take 3-6 weeks to arrive, although some may take longer - I do not consider packages lost until 8 full weeks have passed from the date I shipped the package. Thank you for your understanding! Incorrect Addresses: Before completing checkout, please ensure the mailing address associated with your account is correct. I am not responsible for any extra shipping costs if the address you supply is incorrect. Undelivered Packages: If your item is non-deliverable and marked return to sender I will attempt to contact you immediately after I receive it back so that we can discuss how you would like to proceed. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable - if a refund is decided upon I will refund the cost of the item only. Alternatively, I would be happy to resend the package using an updated, correct address after receiving payment for the additional shipping costs.

Return Policy

For the safety of all my customers, returns are not accepted on piercing jewelry. This is a standard policy in the body jewelry industry that protects the health of the consumer. I only sell completely new, unworn pieces. Custom orders are not returnable. All jewelry in this shop is made to order, shipping costs are nonrefundable. I want you to love your new jewelry just as much as I love making it, so please get in touch and ask all questions about sizing prior to purchasing if you are unsure what size will fit you. If you have ordered the wrong size, I'm happy to send you a 15% off coupon should you decide to reorder the correct size.

Refund Policy

If your item was damaged during transit, then I'm more than happy to make it right! Should your item(s) arrive broken or damaged in any way, please send me a picture immediately upon arrival - include both the item and the packaging in the photo. I will replace your jewelry at no cost to you - please allow up to the standard fabrication time (7 business days, M-F) for a replacement to be made and shipped out.
