When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Shipping Policy

Orders are generally despatched from Tenerife, Spain which is where "Music Jewellery Online " is based. Shipping estimate times are as below although often these are earlier. I air on the side of caution as shipping is dependent on your country post and customs. EUROPE Standard Post : 10 -18 business days. USA Standard Post : 15 -25 business CANADA Standard Post : 18 -28 business days We need to make you aware that post can be slower over peak periods. There is an "express option" available to most destinations which of course speeds up your order. Items can be collected personally if we are in the same location! Please note you will be responsible for any VAT or import duties that are valid for importation of goods into your country. *Please note business days exclude weekends and public holidays. We do offer shipping upgrades for "express" services. For some bizarre reason the express shipping is more expensive to USA than any other country. If you require express shipping and are outside Spain or USA which are the 2 countries listed in our "upgraded shipping", please do contact me as I can obtain exact information for your destination country for this service. Delayed or lost packages Please note that "Music Jewellery Online" cannot be held responsible for any post or packages delayed or lost by the post. In the event of late or non-delivery of your items please contact me within 30 days and I will contact the postal service in order to track your package and you will be advised as to the status of your package. In the event of a lost parcel, I can only offer a replacement or refund after the postal service has confirmed the package as lost, which is usually around four weeks. It is important you contact me within a reasonable time (30 -35 business days) as we are unable to track packages after a 3 month period has elapsed. We can also not be held responsible for non arrival of an order due to an incorrect address given at time of purchase and any re-shipment due to this reason is at the buyers expense.

Return Policy

Returns and exchange details Returns and Refunds Please note that whilst I am sure that you will be truly delighted with your purchases from Chrissie C Jewellery, I am unable to accept returns on Bespoke, custom or Personalised orders. Please note that we are unable to accept any returns of body jewellery due to the intimate nature of these items. An exception to this would be if I have not supplied the item you ordered so please make sure you have ordered correctly before contacting me. Music Jewellery Online cannot be held responsible for customers not following instructions correctly ie, not checking orders or mis-spelling personalised orders. Due to hygiene reasons we regret we are unable to accept returns on earrings. We also cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn. (unless there is a defect) . Allergic reactions etc are a personal problem and not a fault of the jewellery material so regrettably we cannot accept a return if you have skin conditions. All items will be carefully checked before despatch and packaged carefully but in the unlikely event of damage in transit Please contact me to obtain a return number and address and we will arrange to send a replacement item to you. We regret we are cannot cover return postage costs for items returned that are non faulty. What to Expect when you receive your items: Your item will be dispatched with care. Chrissie C Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any damage or excessive wear caused to the items. It is always advisable to remove your jewellery before manual or physical activity and before showering or swimming. Many of our items are 316L surgical stainless steel which is known for its durability and anti corrosion properties. Items that are not316L grade stainless steel will be marked as fashion alloy Please bear in mind that items which come into contact with other jewellery such as other charms on bracelets, or keys on key rings may have a mattifying effect on some charms. ** Due to some items being crafted by hand, there may be slight 'colour variations' however these will not be at a detriment to the item and all add to the unique and handmade feel of the items. Refund Policy

If the product is faulty, damaged in transit or fails to arrive within 30 days of the anticipated time frame, we are most happy to work with you and offer a refund. You will be required to provide proof (such as photos) of the faulty products for evaluation.
