Shipping Policy

Shipping & Order Process We are not able to ship to PO boxes, APOs, or FPOs, at this time. If you try to ship to this type of address, your order will not be shipped until we have contacted you to get an alternative address. We are currently working on expanding our shipping capabilities. Please allow 10 days for delivery for U.K & European orders due to the fact that all Family Of The Dead products are handmade and printed in the United Kingdom, we ask that you allow up to 10 days for delivery. If you have not received your item(s) after 14 days, please contact us with your paypal transaction ID.

Return Policy

The return postage is not pre-paid but if you choose to do an exchange, we will ship the exchange item out free of shipping charges. Returns for exchange must be made within the standard 28 days of the item being ordered. Items will only be accepted in an unworn state complete with the original packaging.

Refund Policy
