Shipping Policy

I try and ship as soon as possible - Mostly because I am so exited that I got a sale that I would like you to have your goodies 'at once'! The arrival of the parcel depends on the service I use. Orders that are custom made take a bit longer but I do try and be clear on how and when you can expect it to be done. There is no set time as I am stymied by a day job!

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me... I would hate to think that you are 'hating' the experience. I will just add that most of the damage done is in washing especially the wool fibres are notorious. I do warn that they are tricky and as far as possible have tested the yarns, but if it shrinks in the wash - and the dreaded tumble dryer - I cannot be held responsible. MY RULE OF THUMB IS ALWAYS COLD HAND WASH AND DO NOT TUMBLE DRY! A COOL/COLD MACHINE WASH ON A WOOL/DELICATE CYCLE SHOULD ALSO BE OK. I have recently had a few negative experiences with custom orders that I have made. I kinda forget that not all people are nice and kind a gentle. SO!!!! I will not send custom orders until the amount is paid in full. I AM VERY CAREFULL TO MAKE SURE THAT I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE WHEN MAKING A CUSTOM ORDER , BUT IF I GET IT WRONG; I WILL ONLY REFUND THE COST OF THE LABOUR AS AGREED. For a full refund I expect to receive the 'offending' item back - at own cost. I do not make the socks until we have agreed on the colour and the yarn. Experience has taught me that. SO we will talk and exchange photo and make sure that we agree. First off I check to see if I have yarn in stock, if I have something suitable and you choose that then I will charge the same price as the listed sock. If however I need to order other yarn, my pricing structure changes - as there would be added costs that are not worked into my listed prices. I charge
