GypsyRebel Custom Designs (GR) will not use, sell, duplicate, distribute or share any customer personal or credit information under any circumstances. All GR sales are conducted using secure PayPal payments or Square invoicing.

Shipping Policy

All products purchased will be shipped from Cedar Lake, IN United States. Packages handled by the United States Post Office, First Class Shipping. Shipping within the US is $4.20 for the first item, each additional item $2. Worldwide shipping available. Shipping fees outside of the continental US will be determined by package destination. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Return Policy

I strive to make incredible and unique one-of-a-kind handmade items! Jewelry and accessories can be fragile and must be handled and worn with care. I stand behind my work, if a creation fails you in any way I will fix, replace or return the purchase price of the item minus shipping fees. That being said, item owner carelessness is not covered. If you come home from a night out drinking and can't manage the necklace clasp and you rip a chain off your neck in frustration, that's on you! Also, please be personally aware of your skin allergies when making a purchase. All item materials are clearly stated. Thank you! Returns accepted under the following circumstances: item damaged in transit/shipping, quality/construction issues and item too small/large.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made for damaged in transit, item quality or incorrect size. Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment as your original purchase. Please allow adequate bank processing time. Product return of the item you are receiving a refund for may be requested. In this case, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
