Return Policy

If you are not happy with your product you have 17 days to request a return. Of which you must have valid reasons; ,ie. they are too big, small etc. Our products should be treated with care and respect. Therefore, if you contact me after wearing a custom pair of shoes that have been stepped on multiple times, been covered in alcohol and have fallen down stairs due to a drunken night out and you damage them; that is not my fault. You must 'love' your new purchase! If you try and return an item to me that have you damaged beyond repair; I will not issue a refund. I only mention this as an extreme resort as previously a buyer had returned to me an item that supposedly did not fit. Yet, I received them, used, damaged, sticky and stinking of alcohol.

Refund Policy

You will receive a refund when item has been returned in unworn and undamaged condition.(Unless damage has been caused in transit during delivery or by the courier).
