Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship your products within 1-3 business days for all orders placed before 2PM PST, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders placed after 2PM PST will be processed the following business day. SHIPPING WITHIN THE US All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail and generally take 2-5 business days. Shipping time is not guaranteed by USPS. Tracking number will be provided. Items shipped with this option are non-replaceable and non-refundable. No exceptions. We will not provide any refunds or replacements because of shipping delays or lost items. SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail International and generally take 2-3 weeks due to Customs. Shipping time is not guaranteed by USPS. No tracking number will be provided. Items shipped with this option are non-replaceable and non-refundable. No exceptions. We will not provide any refunds or returns because of shipping/customs delays or lost items. ADDITIONAL FEES You may be required to pay additional fees/duties that may be charged at customs. You are solely responsible for any additional fees/duties.

We offer a limited full refund policy. You can return your unopened purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. An original receipt may be required. Excluding custom items. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Products may not be opened or used. Return postage is at the customers expense. For return instructions, please contact us at http://www.barflyapparel.com/sales/guest/form/ Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Wallets that have been opened are subject to our Warranty policy and It Pays to Recycle™ program.
