Shipping Policy

I ship all items via USPS within 3 business days of payment confirmation if purchasing ready to wear. Custom orders will take longer and at time of confirmation a time/date will be given. If you would like me to ship Priority Mail or Express Mail for faster service, please let me know and I'll adjust your shipping prices accordingly. I cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail. Tracking is available on all packages with insurance up to $50. If you would like to add more insurance please contact me and I'll adjust your shipping costs.

Return Policy

Questions, concerns or issue with your order: Please contact me before returning your item or leaving a negative review. I will strive to make sure you, my customer is happy with your purchase. If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns and exchanges: Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for ready to ship items. Custom orders can not be returned. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, anything custom or personalized can not be returned. If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order and we will proceed from there and do all we can to make you a happy customer. For ready to ship items, as long as product is in original condition and not damaged or used, I will be happy to refund sales price minus shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order. Once I receive your return, I will immediately refund your purchase price minus shipping. Detailed measurements are listed for each item, if you have questions about something fitting you, please email me prior to purchasing. Cancelling a custom order is not accepted. Depending on my order load, I will typically begin your custom order same day as I receive payment. Also if your package has been scanned as "delivered" It can not be replaced. We can not be responsible for items lost or damaged once they leave our hands."

Refund Policy

Custom orders can not be refunded. All others can be refunded if returned within 14 days after you receive it, only if they are unused, unworn. As soon as I receive the item, your funds will be returned. Please add tracking number to your return shipment.
