Shipping Policy

Recent changes in procedures and consolidation of USPS facilities have been causing significant shipping delays of packages. Provided tracking numbers may be delayed in being scanned, priority packages that used to typically take 2-3 days may now take 5 or longer, while first class domestic packages could now take up to 10 days to reach you. Please note my processing time (the time it takes to create your custom item) as well as shipping time when placing your order to insure that you receive it when you need to. I do offer affordable FedEx options as check out as an alternative to USPS! ** -We ship Monday-Friday -Orders are created and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise specifically listed. -Our standard shipping method is First Class and includes tracking on orders both international and domestic. - https://www.dutycalculator.com/ International buyers are responsible for any fees imposed by their government or customs. Processing times for international orders varies by the amount of time it takes the item to clear customs. There is no way to estimate how long this will take to be delivered to your country. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks. ( Sometimes much sooner ). -There are upgraded shipping options available to you at check out. Once an item is in your cart, you can select which option you'd prefer for shipping from the drop down menu. -Please make sure your address is correct! We are not responsible for shipping costs due to incorrect addresses! **RUSH ORDERS** -YES! That's right! I handle rush order situations! Rush shipment is available at buyers expense. Please message me with the specifics so that we can prioritize your order and create a custom listing for you with the appropriate shipping costs if needed. -Broken or damaged items are handled on a case by case basis.

Return Policy

Body jewelry is considered an intimate item as they are inserted into your body. For health and sanitary purposes I do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or body jewelry. All sales are final on custom orders. For sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns on any order unless there is a problem with the jewelry. All of our jewelry is brand new and unworn, and we make sure to stand by this statement. That being said, we still want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If there is a problem or defect in the jewelry, please reach out to us via email so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. It is your responsibility however, to make sure you are ordering the right size/gauge. If you aren’t sure what your size/gauge is, please visit your local tattoo/piercing shop and they can tell you exactly what size if you do not have access to a caliper.

In the event of a refund. Refunds will be processed via PayPal after the merchandise has been returned less the original shipping cost.
