Shipping Policy

We ship items within 1-3 business days. Due to high demand and cost of raw materials in the USA, we have expanded our operations to India and China. Some of the designs will ship directly from these warehouses depending on demand. Shoes shipping directly from our factory take 12-18 days.

Return Policy

You can return your purchase within 21 days after receipt. Returned shoes must be in their original condition, must have all original tags and labels. We will not accept returns that have been worn, washed, modified or damaged. Unless the product arrived faulty or different from what we advertised, you would be responsible for the shipment cost to our warehouse.

Refund Policy

Any returned items will be inspected by our returns department to see if it is qualified for a return. Please allow up to 7 days for our returns department to review and process refunds. We will send back damaged or worn merchandise or products without the original labels.
