Shipping Policy

Orders within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service (First Class Mail) which takes 3-5 business days depending on your location in the US. Your order will usually ship within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. London Bondage Apparel will provide a tracking number. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase. London Bondage charges sales tax for orders shipped to California. Orders placed within Texas are subject to 8.25% sales tax. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws. International Shipping We ship to the United States as well as any other countries of the world. For orders shipped outside of the United States, your order will be shipped via USPS Global First Class of Priority Mail. Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment. All payments are made in US Dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation policies before ordering.

Return Policy

3 REASONS FOR RETURNS: Wrong Size shipped, Wrong Item Shipped, Defective Item shipped. All complaints have to be filed and returns have to be requested within 10 days of receipt of item(s). Date of receipt is based on the post office delivery date.

Refund Policy

Refund will be based upon on our return policy guidelines. Refunds or exchanges will given if the order falls into one of the return policy category.
