Shipping Policy

All articles posted on this website are in stock, on receipt of the payment, within 24 hours, the item will be shipped. Shipments are made to the Postal empres of Spain or UPL , depending on weight and fragility of the item.

Return Policy

RETURNS: Returns will be accepted only in special cases, and having informed the store before. We inform you of the steps and their approval. Cosmetic will not accept returns under any circumstances for hygiene and health. It should follow the following procedure: 1. - Report a refund within 2 days after delivery arrival. 2. - The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. 3. -All items have been previously tested in stock, bringing the factory default is not accepted on returns.
