Shipping Policy

Shipping is made in padded envelopes for most items, within 3 three days of payment. For small items such as earrings : Shipping is uninsured, untrackable through Canada Post. Typical transit time for the US can be up to 10 open days. A confirmation of shipping will be emailed to you. If you wish for special packaging, insurance or trackable shipping, cost for these can be quoted on. For item worth more than 40$ : Shipping is insured and trackable through Canada Post. Typical transit time for the US can be up to 10 open days. A confirmation of shipping will be emailed to you. If you wish for special packaging, or lower, uninsured shipping, please contact me. ---- Custom charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If no confirmation or insurance is purchased, I will not be responsible for losses in transit.

Return Policy

Exchanges If the item is defective within the stated warranty term, you may return it for repair or replacement . Shipping for repair is at your charge for the going trip and I will pay for the return for the first two repairs. Warranty - Earring : 1 year - Bracelet 20$ and under: 1 year - Bracelet over 20$ : 2 year - Necklace 40$ and under: 1 year - Necklace over 40$ : 3 years
