All of our items are shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service).
Our clothing and home decor items such as t-shirts, hats, pillows, leggings, etc. are typically shipped to you in 1 to 3 business days.
Metal art items are shipped out in 7 to 10 working days.

Refunds will only be allowed if:
A duplicate order was placed in error
An incorrect item was shipped in error
A damaged item was shipped
***All returned items must be received to our office within 30 days of the original order.
***Returned items must have the original tags and cannot have been worn, washed, etc.
***Custom Metal Art items are nonrefundable as our process requires customer approval before the item is created.
***Refunds will not be allowed on international items due to the client not wanting to pay for the taxes and/or tariffs charged by their countries/locations.
***We do not offer cash refunds -
Refunds will only be credited back to the credit card that was used at the time of purchase and will be issued within 14 days of the return based on if the item passes inspection by our Metalhead Threads team.
***If an item is damaged due to handling by the United States Postal Service - please file a claim with the USPS for reimbursement.
Quality products are very important to us. Therefore, all of our products are inspected by a team member before they are sent to you. We also want you to be as excited upon receiving your item as you were when you ordered it. If for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase contact us and we will make every effort to make it right.
All returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase. Tags must still be intact. We cannot accept items that have been worn or washed, etc.
