Shipping Policy

Shipping When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on our Site. All purchases from our Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from our Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as they are available, after products have been shipped. (Pending if carrier uses tracking numbers) Unless requested, deliveries will be sent with No Signature Required. If signature service is requested, there may be an extra fee – depending on the shipping service. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. We are committed to securing the private information that you share with us. Misfit Threads will never share or sell any of your personal information, including your email address. Our goal is to provide the utmost positive and satisfying shopping experience at Misfit Threads. Our return policy is only on new, non-custom items and lasts up to 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you need to return or exchange your purchase please email us info@misfitthreads.com to obtain a Returns Authorization (RA) number. Any request for return should indicate the reason for return in writing and must be made to Misfit Threads within 14 days of receiving the delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are custom will not be eligible for refunds. Returned items received without an RA number or that request an RA number outside of 14 days of receiving their delivery will not be accepted for return. Sale items are non-refundable. Returned goods must be sent to our company address which will be attached with the RA Number in our reply email. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days (please note that some forms of payment refunds will take longer than others due to different merchant accounts set up through your banking system). Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
