Return Policy

Myril Jewels accepts the return by the customer within 5 days of the order being delivered. The withdrawal period expires after 5 days from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires the physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to inform us of his decision through an explicit declaration (email to myril.jewels@gmail.com). To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. In case of return, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer. WARNING! The returned products must not have been worn or altered in any way. If these conditions are not met, the product in question will be returned to the sender because it is not compliant and there won't be any refund. In case that the customer should receive a non-compliant article from the beginning, he will be required to notify the problem before proceeding with the return; both parties will then find an agreement. Refund Policy

We ask our customers to contact us for any kind of problems may happen. It is really rare that parcels get lost or damaged. In the last case we require the customer some proofs (photos or videos) of the damaged product. We will then agree for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or a free item in sostitution.
