Shipping Policy

WE ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO SHIP OUT YOUR ORDER AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. Please allow for an average of 48-72 hours in order for process, and occasionally, shipment may be delayed due to fraud review or in-stock availability. For buyer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization, verification, and PayPal transaction. Also, if your shipping information does not match your credit card billing information, there may be some delay in order process. If an item is in production delay, it may be cancelled or delayed. You will be informed if this situation happens. ORDER PROCESS TIME BEFORE SHIPMENT (Order process time doesn't count weekends and holidays) Order Process Time in general: 48hrs Order Process Time when you purchase a custom-made shoes: 3-5 business days for shoe-making Order Process Time with E-check payment: the pending payment has to be cleared (3-5 business days in general) Order Process Time when your purchase is backordered: Most of time we have items that we are selling in stock, but sometimes, the item you purchased might be out of stock or backordered. We may cancel the backordered item, or ship the backordered item in a separate package when it's ready. When this happens, we ask for your generous understanding. We will try our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. All backordered items will be shipped via Standard Air Parcel without additional charge. If the shipping information doesn't coincide, we will ship your order to NewStylish shipping address that is submitted to us during checkout process. Any delivery problem that may occur due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information will be buyer's full responsibility. CUSTOM TAX ISSUE Even if we always mark all packages as gifts, used clothes, and/or even lower the total value for you, there may be some cases that you may be charged for Customs or Import tax that is applicable according to your Customs law. If you do not accept receiving the package, it will be returned to us and the original shipping charge cannot be refunded and will be deducted from the total amount of refund. REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY Before you return your purchase, you must contact us within 72hrs after you receive your order. We may refuse or reject receving your return if you haven't followed our return step.The original shipping charge for refund is not refundable unless the item is defective. Even for regular shoes, it can't be refunded or exchanged if it has wrinkle on the front. - Personalized Items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defected. If you believe that your merchandise is faulty, damaged or does not correspond to it's description on our website, we may ask you for photo verification to approve your return request. We will get your full money back including the returning shipping charge when your merchandise is authorized as defective item. - If the returning package is lost or damaged during shipping process, you will be fully responsible for the loss or expense for repair.
