Shipping Policy

All orders are processed withing 24 hours of payment. If for any reason the order cannot be shipped within that time period the buyer will be notified. Faster shipping is available though the customer is responsible for any additional costs. All Orders are subject to delay during shipping which No More Normal is not responsible for.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted though not in the case of damage that occurs after the item has been used. No More Normal must be informed of the desired return and the time must be received within 30 days of purchase and will not be accepted after this time fame.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available though they are subject to a 30% restocking fee due to processing fees and any charges for shipping and handling are a the responsibility of the customer and not No More Normal. Refunds will be granted only when the item returned is inspected and deemed to be undamaged. This process may take up to 30 days if the pakage is not received promptly.
